OMG - I was feeding Peter at 5:05 am and felt it too! It was a very very strange feeling! After feeding, I came right down stairs and checked Bowie Living to see if Bowie Mike felt it too!
ReplyDeleteI love you Dorcas! I experienced a 1.2 magnitude quake in New Hampshire during the 80s. During that one, it sounded like a really, really large snow plow was driving down the street.
ReplyDeleteI would describe this sound like a rumbling! Actually my first thought was that my downstairs air conditioner was going! Since we have no AC upstairs! HA!
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was "earthquake!" My second thought was "blog!"
ReplyDeleteToo funny ... Bowie Mike! That is why we love this blogsite!
ReplyDeleteI thought it was the train passing j-mart... ?
ReplyDeleteIt shook our entire house for about four seconds - very strange. I thought maybe a tree landed on our house and was rolling off. Of course I was asleep during the first part of that thought.
ReplyDeleteCyndy, I hate the thought of damage to your new house - even if it's just for four seconds.
