Two Bowie men were arrested after they caused a four-car accident during a drag race on Pointer Ridge Drive, a rabid fox bit a patron at Six Flags Park, and 17 year-old Fiona Moodie of Bowie files at the deadline to take on Ingrid Turner for the District 4 County Council seat in November.
