Free Jazz Concert in Old Bowie
The Saturday Old Town Bowie Summer Concert Series continues with a performance by Project Natale from 2pm to 4pm in Town Green Park. The event will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Click here (PDF file) for the 2010 concert series schedule, and click here (PDF file) for the 2010 Music in the Parks brochure. Click here for a Google image of Town Green Park.

We attended a Project Natale performance at Town Green Park several years ago. My daughter was not quite two years old at the time. She picked up a stick, and she tried to imitate drummer Lou Natale. Lou thanked her by giving her a pair of his drumsticks. Great music. Nice people. Click here for a sample of Project Natale's music.
